Appendix: A; Information handling policy

Service definition

1) Service A; service A provided by Laboratik; overall.
2) Bot A; A program that browses information on the chat tool equivalent to Slack or Slack Service A, or posts information automatically or manually.

Information held by Service A;

Post: Slack Thacks occurring within Slack team, contents that Bot A; can see (content written on public/private channel participating in Bot A;), Service A in Slack Dialogue (DM) content between a person and Bot A;
Team information: Information concerning the entire team such as team name, members, channel list, etc.
Content: Sent to Service A; from the user of query information A; from Web form, via Bot A; via one.

Service A: Person who can access information held by service A; · Module and purpose of use

In principle, posting team information will not access information by manned persons. However, in Laboratik, persons involved in system development/operation of Service A may access only for the purpose of improving service contents. However, in accessing the system, only those authorized by the system development and operation administrator are allowed, and the information itself is handled in a form converted into information that does not identify the user.
Service A itself uses it for the purpose of analyzing information without intervening people. With respect to the inquiry information, in order to solve the contents, it can be accessed by what supports Service A's system or service.

Retention period of information held by Service A;

The retention period of the information held by Service A; shall be the period during which the user continues the service.

Destruction of information held by Service A and its means

If the information retention period has passed, Laboratik will discard the information in an appropriate manner. Note that the discarding means performs logical deletion of data from the storage medium.
